Yaden Laboratories (PVT) Ltd which is a subsidiary of Yaden International (PVT) Ltd opened its newest pharmaceutical manufacturing facility at BOI zone Katunayaka with an investment of 15 million USD. The company claims their liquid sterile pharma manufacturing facility to be a first-of-its-kind in Sri Lanka and believes it could take the local pharmaceutical manufacturing industry to new vistas.

SL to import 25000 MT of urea for Maha Season

Minister for Agriculture, Mr. Mahinda Amaraweera said the tender to import 25000 MT (metric tons) of urea for maha cultivation season will be submitted to Cabinet today (10/10/2022). The fertilizer lot is set to be imported under world bank assistance.
